Theories of Change Learning Circles

The concept of Theories of Change has gained increased significance in recent times. But mainstream notions of Theories of Change do not depart significantly from conventional programme logic, still elevating strategy, planning, monitoring and evaluation above the holding of a developmental practice.
In this programme CDRA brings together groups of practitioners to regularly explore richer and more useful approaches to Theories of Change, seen as part of a “practice”, to meet the complex realities of change. These learning circles enable conscious practitioners, with their practice, to work more thoughtfully from their own Theories of Change, to better understand, navigate, and communicate the complexities of their work.
