Please note these two courses can also be offered as an in-house variant.

Facilitating Organisational Development

Course fees for public courses
Please consult the course advert for the fees. The course fees cover the workshop tuition, learning materials, lunches and teas. Travel, all other meals and accommodation are the responsibility of the participants.

Course fees for in-house courses
For in-house courses we usually charge per facilitator-days rather than per participant. The rate for NGOs is   R5500 per facilitator per day, plus a day for  preparation.  For Government and   Business the rate  is  R8500 per facilitator per day.

Groups larger than 12 usually require two facilitators.

For course materials, which includes a resource toolkit, we charge R100 per participant.
Our approach to courses

Whilst we do provide important and stimulating input, all of our courses are highly participative, engaging the participants' own experiences and challenging them to develop, ask and to answer their own questions. This inside-out approach engages not only the world of ideas but approaches the less-visible emotional and intentional dynamics to enable participants to identify their own will to work and any resistances that are holding them back. We catalyse cross-learning between participants. This generates a horizontal learning dynamic especially fruitful for teams of practitioners wanting to rethink and renew the way they work together. Every course leads back into action to ensure that participants are able to apply their learning to their real-world practice.
Venues & accommodation

The public courses are held in or near to inexpensive accommodation. Participants will have to book and pay for this themselves. Please email us if you would like contact information.

The courses in Cape Town will be held at the CDRA Centre, 52/54 Francis Street, Woodstock.

The CDRA centre is available as a venue at reasonable cost for in-house courses. See   Hire CDRA for workshops
