CDRA book order
form
This order form displays a list of publications that can be purchased from CDRA. If you want to buy a book fill in the form, print it out and post it with your cheque to CDRA. Funds can be deposited directly into our bank account, and you must then fax us a copy of the form, together with a copy of the deposit slip. This is one method of payment that overseas purchasers can use. The other is to send an international money order. Please email us if you have any queries: linda@cdra.org.za
